Mindy McCready heading back to jail
September 29th, 2008 by Scott Marks

Here we go again…
Emulsion Compulsion’s favorite country and western crazy will voluntarily surrender to authorities Tuesday to serve 60 days in a Tennessee jail. Mindy McCready, 32, appears to be spending more time in rehab and behind bars than in the recording studio. If you’ve heard her music, this is not necessarily a bad thing.
Mindy was arrested for violating her probation for prescription drug fraud in June. Last September, McCready was sentenced to jail time for violating probation from a 2004 drug arrest. She was required to serve two years’ probation. The violation occurred when McCready allegedly falsified information on her community service report. She turned herself into the Williamson County Sheriff’s Department and was free after posting bail two hours later.
The headline grabbing singer had entered rehab July 16, 2008 “for undisclosed reasons.”
In an excluseive statement to People Magazine, Mindy said “”I am working very hard to put all of this behind me as quickly as possible so I can get back to what I like to do most: sing, write songs, and entertain. I would like to thank my fans for their unwavering support as I continue to work on my recovery and to regain custody of my precious son, Zander.”
Hurry up and get out, darling, so you can spill your guts on Larry King Live.
Not the real thing, but an amazing simulation:

Comedian Andy Dick arrested for forcibly removing minor girl’s tube top in SoCal wing bar parking lot
July 16th, 2008 by Scott Marks

A Mug of Dick
As the saying goes, Andy Dick couldn’t get arrested as a comedian. Instead, Dick was arrested Wednesday morning in Murrieta, Calif., on suspicion of sexual battery and drug possession.
The Murrieta Police Department responded to call at the Buffalo Wild Wings eatery to investigate a disturbance involving an intoxicated male urinating outside the bar. Just before 2 a.m. the cops arrested Andy Dick in the restaurant parking lot.
Acting on eyewitness information, officers flagged down a truck that they believed contained a passenger that had sexually battered a 17-year-old female outside Buffalo Wild Wings. The victim and several witnesses told police that as Dick was leaving the location, he approached a couple of young women outside the bar. They allege that Dick walked up to one of the females and pulled down her tank top exposing her breasts.
Dick’s companions quickly escorted him to a nearby truck which moments later was pulled over in a nearby Sam’s Club parking lot by arriving police. Cops removed an intoxicated Dick from the front passenger seat and performed a curbside lineup where he was instantly ID’d by his young victim. Officers patted down Dick and found pot and Xanax in the pockets of his pants.
Over the years Dick has cultivated quite an impressive reputation as the master of “death by association.” The Dick was close friends with David “Suicide Victim” Strickland, Phil “Murder Victim: Hartman, Chris “Accidental Overdose” Farley and Pauly Shore’s career. Andy is his generations’ Elizabeth Taylor! My prayers go out to his cell mate.
Bail has been set at $5,000; Dick’s next court date is set for Aug. 12.

Mindy McCready arrested for parole violation…again!
June 26th, 2008 by Scott Marks

Looks like Mindy McCready has a thing for jail. TMZ reports that on Monday, the country and western “singer” was once again arrested in Tennessee for violating her probation.
The violation occurred when McCready allegedly falsified information on her community service report. She turned herself into the Williamson County Sheriff’s Department and was free after posting bail two hours later.
Last September, the 32-year-old McCready was sentenced to jail time for violating probation from a 2004 drug arrest. She was required to serve two years’ probation.
In April, Emulsion Compulsion reported that the songbird turned jailbird confirmed a New York Daily News report that she began a relationship with baseball’s 28-year-old married father of two Roger Clemens when she was just 15.
Mindy has recently been questioned by the FBI about her long relationship with Clemens. Investigators are trying to determine if Clemens lied to Congress about taking performance-enhancing drugs.

Tatum O’Neal claims she was buying crack cocaine to research a part
June 2nd, 2008 by Scott Marks

Tatum O’Neal began her acting career in 1973 at the age of ten. She became the youngest ever actor to win an Acadamy Award for her performance as an adorable con in Peter Bogdanovich’s Paper Moon. It was her first film. Two years later she played the only girl on an all-boy little league team in Michael Ritchie’s enjoyable comedy The Bad News Bears. When Bogdanovich’s Nickelodeon tanked in 1976 he career pretty much ceased to exist.
To be adored, Oscared and obsolete all by the age of fourteen.
Last night O’Neal, 44, left her Manhattan luxury apartment in search of a bag of crack cocaine. She walked a few blocks to Clinton Street between East Broadway and Grand Street where she met up with suspected drug dealer Alan Garcia, 33. Both were arrested - O’Neal for criminal possession of a controlled substance and Garcia for sale of said substance - and expected to spend the night in custody.
When the arresting officers approached the two, O’Neal asked, “You know who I am, right?,” a source reportedly told the New York Post. Fast on her feet Tatum came up with the best line of dialog she has delivered in over twenty years: “I’m researching a part - I’m doing this for a part.”
If the part in question involved playing a sad, crack smoking has-been, there could be another Oscar-worth performance in Tatum’s future. She begged the arresting officer, “Can’t we just forget about this?”
In her 2004 autobiography A Paper Life, Ms. O’Neal admitted that drinking and drug-taking was in her DNA. O’Neal’s mother, Joanna Moore, was an alcoholic on a diet of amphetamines. “In the grip of addiction, [my mother] had virtually abandoned me and Griffin [her younger brother], leaving us in squalor - as well as beaten and abused by the men in her life,” wrote O’Neal.
It wasn’t long before Ms. O’Neal began seeking comfort in heroin, cocaine, alcohol, and other drugs.
While dad Ryan never went the rehab route, he was well known for not being the easiest man to live with. His on-again, off-again relationship with Farrah Fawcett helped sell many a tabloid. Last year Prosecutors decided not to file charges against him following a brawl with his son Griffin and allegations of assault.
Her well-publicized tempestuous marriage to tennis star John McEnroe didn’t do much to elevate her self-esteem.
A friend worked with Tatum O’Neal on the ill-fated 2006 telenovela Wicked Wicked Games. She said the actress was professional, accessible and, at the time, apparently drug free. At the time of her arrest, O’Neal apparently told police that she’d been clean for two years and that she’d just came out today. A squeaky clean pipe with a brand new screen was reportedly found on her person.

Heidi Fleiss, former Hollywood madam arrested for DUI
February 7th, 2008 by Scott Marks

The High-dee-’ho girl Heidi Fleiss was arrested Thursday morning after Pahrump, Nevada police received a call concerning a possible drunk driver. Deputies pulled the car over and found Fleiss behind the wheel.
According to Reuters, officers searched her car and found drugs but no prescription. A passenger, John Owen, also was arrested on charges of being under the influence of controlled substances and possession of marijuana.
Fleiss confessed to carrying the pain killer Vicodin, but her prescription could not be found. Fleiss said she must appear in court and show the prescription.
Heidi was charged with driving without a license, possession of dangerous drugs without a prescription, and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
“I’m squeaky clean this time,” Fleiss said.
In 1997 police, ignoring the real Hollywood whores who run the studios, convicted Heidi on tax evasion charges in connection with a prostitution ring that catered to Hollywood celebrities. Her arrest and trial made headlines around the world.
Subsequently, she was involved with actor Tom Sizemore and accused him of domestic violence. More recently, she moved to Nevada, where she had planned to build a legal brothel.
Whatever happened to her pajama business?
