Morgan Freeman escapes car accident with broken bones and bruises

Morgan Freeman is reposrted to be in good spirits after a Sunday morning collison left the actor with a broken arm, broken elbow and minor shoulder damage. He is planning to have surgery on the injuries he endured from the smash up.
According to People Magazine, his rep Donna Lee said, ”He is going to have surgery this afternoon or tomorrow to correct the damage. He says he’ll be okay and is looking forward to a full recovery.”
The accident caused his car to flip over and Freeman and a passenger were removed from the twisted wreckage using the jaws of life. The passenger, identified by police as Demaris Meyer, suffered minor injuries. Her relationship to Freeman remains a mystery.
