It’s Telethon Weekend and mein schatz puppe Lilo over at The Celebrity City was thoughtful enough to send an additional 17 Nutty Professor stills our way. That brings this year’s marvelous final tote to 8 Lobby Cards, 19 Color Stills, 14 Black-And-Whites and 3 Vintage Ads. That’s one still more than I raised last year.
Confetti! Timpani! Oh, Yeah!

Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon: Blog On!

As the High Holy day approacheth, I wanted to shoot a quick reminder that I’ll be staying up to blog the stars as they come out for this year’s Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon. Since my cable company axed WGN, I’ll be relying on KUSI’s coverage which will (of course) be interrupted by a sporting event.Baiser de baseball, as you French cats that love Jerry might say.
I find it so hard to watch the Extra Special Special on line. I need the marvelous writ large, but I’ll dowload the new Real Player and see how it looks.
I’ll start blogging as soon as I hear Ed recite the marvelous Variety Artists’ Disclaimer that kicks off each year’s festivities. Feel free to annotate and cogitate.
